Many authors schedule an event known as ‘meet-the-author’ where they do public or private signings of their respective publication(s). As an author, I believe the most amazing author in the universe is our Creator, Jehovah God (Psalms 83:18). He has authored counsel and advice that is more up-to-date than tomorrow’s news.
We are currently living in very difficult and “critical times”. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
On a daily basis, millions of individuals do not show kindness as a ‘natural trait’.
Anger, violence, and protests seem to be the order of the day — and even a “new normal” on a global basis. 🌎
God’s Word the Bible explains why:
‘A mild answer turns away rage,
But a harsh word stirs up anger.
The tongue of the wise makes good use of knowledge,
But the mouth of the stupid blurts out foolishness.’
(Proverbs 15:1, 2)
However, the Bible encourages us to cultivate qualities that foster good mental health, ➡ qualities such as: compassion and forgiveness.
“Become kind to one another, tenderly compassionate, freely forgiving one another,” says Ephesians 4:32.
The Bible also gives us confidence, hope and encouragement that soon the heinous and bad things that we currently see prevalent in the world today, will be no more.
“Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, and they will not be there.
But the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.”
(Psalms 37: 10 & 11)
Very soon ☝- sicknesses and illnesses such as Covid-19 (Coronavirus), ALS, MS, and even cancer will be permanently eliminated and totally eradicated. It is God’s promise to humankind. (Isaiah 33:24)
How will these changes come about and take place? By means of His incoming ‘Kingdom’ (Daniel 2:44). This Kingdom is a real administration with real rulers. It will bring about permanent benefits to all humankind ➡➡➡ once and for all time.
⏩ When Will God’s Kingdom Rule the Earth? ⏪
Some of Jesus’ faithful followers wanted to know when God’s Kingdom would begin ruling. Jesus answered their question by saying that they would not know exactly when it would rule over the earth. (Acts 1:6, 7) But, earlier, he had told them that when his followers saw a certain group of events happening all at once, they would “know that the Kingdom of God [was] near” and that the time for it to rule the world had come.—Luke 21:31.
